line the aisle: lanterns, jugs or planters

We’ve had a few brides use some of our lanterns, small metal planter/votives and jugs to line their aisles – it is a little unconventional, but makes for an interesting implied line all the way down to where they say the couples say their “I Dos”

Jugs – filled with flowers, these work well with country styled weddings, such as Diedre’s wedding at Pont de Val in Parys.

Metal planters – our little MD011 metal votives with handles were used to line the aisle at Nicci’s wedding at The Cowshed – but in reverse. They were hung from the top beams and filled with little white flowers – to create contrast between the lovely backdrop of the veld.

Lanterns – sometimes lanterns filled with flowers also make a lovely choice to line the aisle, as was done at Kelly’s wedding at Diamond Hill Estate.
